OurNows Media Inc. (“OurNows”) operates OurNows.com. It is OurNows’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

OurNows collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. OurNows's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how OurNows's visitors use its website. From time to time, OurNows may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

OurNows also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on OurNows.com. OurNows only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to OurNows’s websites choose to interact with OurNows in ways that require OurNows to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that OurNows gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at OurNows.com to provide a username, first name, last name, and email address. Those who engage in transactions with OurNows are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. OurNows does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

We collect the content and other information you or other people provide when using our Services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share, or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide, such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. We also collect information about how you use our Services, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities. We also collect information about the people and groups you are connected to and how you interact or communicate with them, as well as contact information you provide if you upload, sync or import this information (such as an address book).

We use the information we collect to provide, improve and develop our Services and our advertising and measurement systems, and to help monitor and verify accounts and activity.

OurNows may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. OurNows may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, OurNows does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
